39-376 Encore Truth Folding Handle with Cover

The pin that attaches the handle onto the window crank has fallen out on 3 of my casement windows. I need to order 2 left handles and 1 right but can't figure out what style they are. can you help?

Needs replacing

I can open the window, but when i try to close, the handle does not engage with the gear, i cant close. I am not sure if i need to change the whole operator or a part within the operator. I dont know how to open the case for the operator.

Hello, I would appreciate some help identifying this part. The spline looks to be 11/32 and matches some of your handles however some of the other measurements are different. The total length of the handle is 4 5/8. The set screw is what contacts the spline and holds everything in place.Hopefully ... (cont.)

The 39-253 left and right (I need both) look like what I need. Can you confirm. Also, the original looks like the cover plate (white) is actually riveted to the mounting bracket. Since the will the Truth operator cover fit the Encore dual arm operators?

Hello, I ordered part #39-317 and 39-318. Here are the pics of the part I'm trying to replace. Old part measurements as follows: 9" arm length crank assembly size is 5 1/4"L X 1"H X 2 1/2"W Parts sent are similar but arm length is 1" too short. Thank you. Phil
