Please identify this Truth part. I want to replace. both L&R. It does not match 100% any of the Truth parts you show. The actual mfr. of the window is no longer in business.

The lock latch is broken, wont catch (very loose). I believe the measurment is 4 3/4.the outside crank handle is cracked (see photo). I have 2 of each on my bay window and would like to replace them. Trying to find this casement operator, it seems similar to 39-484 but the measurement for the arm is 10-1/2" not 8-3/4"
