Window won't close all the way, looking for this window crank.

Hello I'm having an issue with closing my window. The crank still works but the top and bottom in the cornner where the window pulls in is broken. I was wondering if I can use the same window and just change the hardwear for the entire window, top and bottom. Thanks Heather

Hi, I just replaced a Paradigm 24" casement sash. The hardware they sent is different than the existing and wont work. I can use the existing operating mechinism but need the additional arm on both the top and bottom of the window. The one they sent had the male pin on the arm and not the plate. I n ... (cont.)

I have two windows with missing handle cranks.

I need to replace a casement window crank operator shown in the picture is the bottom one shown in the pictures.

This will open window but not crank it closed. We have ordered from hardware store before but no identifying numbers on bill.

Do I need to replace the whole mechanism?

I recently purchased several of the the 39-253RB and 39-253LB dual encore operators to replace my old operators on my windows. I also purchased a handful of the 39-529 because I found that the old track sliders almost 20 years old and were in bad shape (often cracking or breaking when I was trying ... (cont.)

When we try and close the window the inner mechanics come out as well. It seems like the large screw is not secure.
