Good afternoon, I would like to replace some of my worn out Hurd Window crank mechanisms. Could you advise what I should order to replace them. Also, will I be able to use the existing handle and cover with the new mechanism? Thank you!

The long arm is 9 inches, the short straight arm is 4-1/2 inches. I see numbers: 31538a on the curved arm, 45179 on the crank assembly, 40754 on the short arm, a 5 digit number on the long arm which I cant quite make out, first digit is either a 3 or an 8, last digits are 1272. Good evening, some of the windows in my house do not open properly. They get stuck on the frame and some won't Close without me, pulling the window in. I don't know if it's the mechanism or what. But it looks like a product that you sell.

Our old model windows can't be closes tightly by the operator working. I need to replace this operator, but I couldn't find it at hardware stores. Do you have it in your store?

I have a property under management that have Harvey casement windows installed and the operators are slowy rusting away as the location is oceanfront. The handle snapped off the drive shaft for opening mechanism on the right side window. The parts photographed are of the left side. So I will need the opposite of the left side drive mechanism.

We are in need of a A few window cranks for these windows I had purchased something earlier from you guys, but it was the wrong part.

Morning, I am attempting to repair a number of casement mechanisms that are not working properly, however, I am unable to locate the correct replacement. I need both left and right hand. The only marking that I can find is the word "Truth"

I can no longer shut the window, when I turn the window crank there's a clicking sound, the window can't get close enough the shut/close with the latch. Do I need to replace the operator? If so, which one? Thank you for your help. Numbers I can find are 67813 and 31272.
