We have a problem with closing the window. When closing the handle scrolls.

See photo of Milgard casement window operator. The knob rivet is about to fail and I'd like to get replacement levers, both left and right side. Window and operator work fine. Can you help? Thanks, John McBirney

We are in need of a A few window cranks for these windows I had purchased something earlier from you guys, but it was the wrong part.

Morning, I am attempting to repair a number of casement mechanisms that are not working properly, however, I am unable to locate the correct replacement. I need both left and right hand. The only marking that I can find is the word "Truth"

I can no longer shut the window, when I turn the window crank there's a clicking sound, the window can't get close enough the shut/close with the latch. Do I need to replace the operator? If so, which one? Thank you for your help. Numbers I can find are 67813 and 31272.

Hello! My client needs two casement window crank levers per the attached picture. they're using the levers from another window.

The track on the window is L-shaped and it is 14 1/2 inches long and the arm on the crank itself is 19 1/2 inches wide tip to tip. The picture shown on the window is not the one I need. I need an opposite crank and track that opens left to right

Brand “Interlock” on window operator. Picture shows that one side of the crank handle hinge is broken.
