I am looking for this particur window lock

need 2 balances, 1/2" x 24" window is large Viking DH 45 x 53 Thanks

The lever portion of the lock is loose which makes it hard to lock and unlock the horizontal sliding window. I'm hopeful I can find a replacement! Thank you for your help!

The lever on my Simonton window lock has snapped right off. I need a replacement part. Can you help me? On the back of the lever that snapped off I see the numbers 30387. Guessing that could help? Thank you. I'd love to hear back from you asap. ~cheryl

Hi, I too need a few Certainteed parts for my windows. They are the side locking mechanism and a second lock that screws to the frame to provide a secure way to have the window partially open. Any help would be appreciated.

I am having trouble finding a replacement window lock for a window on a rental property but I don't know the window manufacturer. Do you carry a lock that looks like this?
