90-274 Acorn Lock and Keeper, 2-1/4"

The lock's lever is broken.It's 2.75 inches long by 1 inch wide.The space between the screw holes is about 2.25 inches.White.Numbers on the backside: 30701 on the white part and 41291 on the metal circular lock part.

I need a replacement window latch for this window, I uploaded a picture of the latch and the lock to help identify the brand

I am looking for 2 parts. There are 2 pictures of the lock device that allows me to have the window open partially. The other is of the actual lock. I am looking for both. It is a window lock. The holding screws are on the back corners. It fell apart.

need help in determing what would be a replacment part for attached parts

Hi I have several windows that have failed balances. There preventing my windows from opening and staying open. The hook at the one end of these fixes to the top of the window frame. I assume that there is at the bottom of part of the balance that has caused the issue. I haven't looked for this part ... (cont.)

Prism broken latch

Need missing top check rail glazing bead. Upper window is missing the bottom peice of beading that retains the glass, AND which the latch is screwed into. No window brand info.
