Is this the correct window lock sash for american craftsman 50 series windows?

We have a small frosted bathroom window, and the sash mechanism is broken. I can't find a brand name sticker on the window. Vinyl, approx 21"x17" verticle slide up side load. Any idea what parts I will need? If so, do you have instructions on how to make this kind of repair? Thanks for any hel ... (cont.)

Sorry for the blurry picture. We are looking to see if we can find replacements for these window locks. Our house was built 8-9 years ago and some of the locks are broke and we are trying to replace them but can't find any brand marks or anything on them.
