38-276 Casement Sash Keeper

Pictured are the 2 locks on same window, top intact, bottom one broken. Newly purchased house, looking to repair. Overall lock mechanism is 3" tall and 2 5/8" wide for reference. Any idea where I might find a replacement part. Window crank says Hurd Windows if that matters.

The middle photo shows the broken slide locking part. The last photo shows the unbroken part.. and the first photo shows what part it locks into that is not broken.Rick

I have awning windows installed in 2006. I think the brand is Vetter. (Pic 1) Two locks are broken, a left and right. (Pic 3,4) the broken part from left side is pic 4. Is there a replacement part available?
