38-276 Casement Sash Keeper

I have the 38-144 lock and then the secondary one on top. How do these work without the little pin that goes into the bar that connects them? Do I just have to replace both locks with one of these, so they work independently, and not use the bar? Thanks!

Hi, What is the width of this keeper? I only have about 7/16". (I will try to add a couple pics). The sash frame is about 1-1/16. I would like to move the keeper out about 1/8", but I suppose I would have to remove 1/8 from the jamb stop for the 38-144 sash lock to line up. Also, is the 38-144 mad ... (cont.)

Hi, I am needing a couple of handles, a lock, a cover, and a lock keeper for some windows I believe to be Pozzi. The house was built in the 90s. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Val

Hello, I have 2 things I Am in need of help with. First the plastic latch has Broke on one of our crank open windows. We do not know if this is a Pella or Anderson window. There are no identifying numbers. I have no measurements. It may be an unknown company to us. This is on a wood casement window. Looking for an Andersen casement lock, appears to be from roughly the 70's.

The attached photos show the front and back of the metal latch housing and the nylon locking mechanism which is broken. I'd like to purchase several pieces of the nylon part.

Does this lock include the sash keeper? If not which one do I use. Description does not address this. Product code 38-144
