Cracked handle and latch fell off

Need to identify and purchase a replacement handle assembly for a screen door. The plastic release lever on the outside part of the handle broke off. The Pella screen door was installed in 1970. Do you have this part(s)?

I have older ( approx 1982) wood framed patio screen doors. The outside handle on one of the doors broke so you can't pull the door open from outside. We have replaced the screen door pull, but found that the plate is missing. Apparently, it broke and the part got lost. So it's the flat plate that goes on the outside of the screen door.
