The items are door latches and security locks for Anderson sliding glass doors. I have two Anderson Sliding Glass Doors; one would be considered a right hand and the other left hand. Insulate vinal windows. This is the clip inside the window frame that you open to hook the spring to remove the window. I also need the plastic hooks that let you remove the screens.

My second lock is hard to pull up? Is that normal? Does it need some kind of lube?

Wondering if you could help tell me what replacement lock I need. I pulled the door open, without un-locking it first, and it snapped! We need a replacement ASAP so our kids don?t open the door :) thanks!

Hello, I want to install this lock on an existing Andersen sliding door that currently does not have this lock (see photo). I assume that I'll have to drill holes in the side of the sliding door to secure the lock to the sliding door AND also drill holes in the track for the bolt to lock into pl ... (cont.)

Can this lock work on sliding door other than Anderson? I have a sliding door from Lowes, don't remember the brand and I'm searching for a secondary lock so I can lock the sliding door while keep it slightly open. Thanks

Secondary Patio Door Lock, Andersen,Product Code: 82-071 Can this lock be positioned at the opening corner of the slide glass door. I have a slider that has the screen on the outside. Therefore, do the mounting holes go all the way through the lock to allow mounting to a side?
