The plastic security thingy is crumbling from age. My windows are white and the only ones I see that you have appear to be beige. The opening is 1 and 1/16th long and 1/8th wide. Do you have anything that would fit?

I believe maybe the brand is Certain Tee ? Not sure. Need a dozen . Please advise .

I need 2 venting locks for a Patriot Window. The venting lock is 1 1/8 " long and about 3/8 " wide. Can you assist?

They press in flush with the window, and are very difficult to pull out, there's no tab or way to get under the clip to pull it out. and they have a small bent metal that acts as a spring/pressure to keep the clip in place.

Hi - I've figured out that I need a couple of 23" Series 350 Channel Balances (with the included shoe and top), but I don't see a stamp option anywhere on the old balances indicating the sash weight range. Im trying to find the right sized part to fit in these vinyl sashes. I've attached photos showing the empty one inch space and another from a window that still has one in it.

Hi My vinyl replacement windows are about 15-20 yrs old. We need vent latch replacement parts. The opening of the vent latch is 1 1/8" high by 1/4" wide. I was wondering if part #26-107 would fit this opening as a replacement? Thanks very much. Jeff D
