I am in need of 2 Trust Tie Bars. I am looking for tie bars that only have 2 rollers at top and bottom, picture included.What I see on your website is Tie bars that say 2 rollers, however the pictures have 3 rollers. Do you carry the parts like in my included picture?Thanks, Chris ... (cont.)

The part that goes up the side of the casement window that allows you to lock the window fell down. My name is Pat

I need help finding the tie bar with 4 rollers. From the top of the bar, the rollers are located at 3 3/4", 20 3/8", 32 3/8", and 38 1/16". The total length of the tie bar is 39". All I have are pictures and a measurement for length of multi point. The multipoint length is 39".

its 37 11/16 long and the re is 2 hardware attached to the window that catches to hardware on tje side to lock

Hey guys, Looking to replace some of the failed parts on my Truth Hardware windows. The Tie bar is 39 inches long with two cone type rollers, one cylinder. Then I need 6 replacement guide clips. Let me know if anything else is needed to clarify.
