Hello, I have an older pella window where the plastic hinge shoe has broken. Any suggestions on how best to find a replacement? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

I believe that you call the part in the picture an "Egress Roto Operator" and I think the part I need is part number 39-386 (I still want your expert confirmation). I need approx 20 of the small plastic (track Guides) shown in the photos. They attach to the ends of the casement operating arms and they slide within the metal track.
