Is 39-541 track slider included with this part?

Hi, I'm looking to replace the cracked part or the entire assembly

Plastic case about 4 1/2" wide. Long arm about 11' long. Worried that new operator will not come with track anchor, the black one on this seems to riveted on.

Here are photos of the Andersen window casement operators I'm looking for. The crank is 7 1/2 inches long I measured.

I'm looking for a replacement arm that can attach to a roto track. I've already replaced the inner track parts, but also need to replace the outer track. I see the outer track and the track slider (links below), but I don't see anything like the single arm that attaches to the window per the photo ... (cont.)

To Whom it Concerns, I work for Plygem Windows and we sold awning and casement windows that used ROTO hardware back in 2003-2005. The below pictures show parts that we need to settle issues with H/O.
