89-029 Viking Keeper

We have 2 sliding glass patio doors in our new house. The previous owners took off and LOST the part that the latch hooks into on one of the doors. I took a picture of a similar one on the other patio door, that almost matches. It's the last picture. That's the part we need. It's screw holes do ... (cont.)

Our tenants moved out and somehow the slider handle is missing. I've looked around lowes, home depot and amazon, and just can quite find one that would seem to fit this door. Any advice and/or product suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

What do you call this part, that is attached to the jamb and the sliding door locks into this.

The handle base has bent and torn probably from being slammed too often. It no longer locks. I am trying to find a replacement. I accidentally threw away a sliding patio door strike plate/keeper and 4 long screws, following the removal of a patio panel dog door. I am looking for a replacement striker and screws. 4" long x 1 3/8" wide. Opening of strike plate is 1 1/4" x 3/4". White. Please see attached photos and dimensions ... (cont.)

Previous owner removed the latch plate from one of my doors to install a pet door. I don't have a dog so I said he could take it when he moved out, but he didn't replace the strike plate when he removed it.

Our lock broke. I'm pretty sure it's a double hook mortise lock. I'll probably also replace the striker. Which striker would work best? 89-036 adjustable or the multipoint striker?
