These are parts from an old American Craftsman double hung window, over 20 years. I believe it is Series 1200. What we are looking at is, I believe, a tilt latch (shown installed), a pivot lock shoe (broken, uninstalled) in the second and third photos. Also in the third photo are two views of some ...
