These vent stops are on my hotel windows made by MI Windows who no longer make it. The only marking on the part say VSP Patented. Can you help

This is a device stopper to keep window partly open. I'm trying to order online but I don't know the specific name of this part. one side is a letter "E" and a number 36 on the other side.

Following numbers appear on one side: PAT. #4.923.230 and PAT. #5.248.174 and a 5. Other side has a number 7

Made the mistake of using a small town general contractor to replace all our windows a few years back that is useless. Nothing on windows we could find to identify. Builder referenced us to their rep who said was MI Silverline window (2013). Mgf site says is a window opening control device. Do you handle this part? Thank you.
