Hi Swisco! I had my windows replaced in 2003 by a company called Thermo Tite. This casement window needs a new latch and handle. Any idea what part would fit? Thanks! Lisa

The side bar piece on my window that locks the window broke. I have attached the piece and a picture of the window that does still work. I currently can't lock the one window! I hope it's an easy fix Thank you John D

Piece broke off as I was locking window, I notice I had to apply a little pressure on latch when pushing down to lick window. I was trying to be gentle as possible it just broke off.

Hello. The part is the locking mechanism from truth. Numbers on the unit are 21132 next to the screws holding it to the sash and 31402 A on the arm coming out of the lock. Truth operating arm looks like 39-253LB. I can't identify these 2 small brackets that we're screwed to the under side of the PGT window Any idea what they are?

The locking handle is part number 38-091 or 38-092. I ordered those but I need the metal plate that goes on the back side of it that holds it in the frame with screws. In the picture, someone used two small pieces of metal on each end to make it work, but that's not the ideal solution. ... (cont.)

What I need is the hand crank assembly, it is worn on the inside of the mechanism and no longer catches leaving the rod to freely move up and own with out locking. The brand of the hardware is "Truth"
