90-278 Lock & Keeper, 2-1/16"

Hello, I have several windows whose latch has broken. Additionally, the roller track which holds the window in and allows it to slide is also broken. Thanks in advance I was wondering how I'd track this down!

It an American Craftsman window from Home Depot. Having trouble finding replacement.

I would like two replace both pieces but not sure witch items to order and the screws but white screws not silver and id like to do it on multiple windows

I previously ordered 90-077A. Will 2-1/16" is correct for installation holes.... It was too wide

I need 2 replacement locks for my windows. Total length is 2 1/2in left to right, width is 1 1/4in top to bottom, 5/8in high and small piece near window is 1/4in

Need 1 window latch for MI double hung window. Manufacturer is: "MI Windows and Doors". Our house was built in 2017. The latch color is "Clay". The metal part of latch has "L 3" embossed. Please see attached pictures.

The holes are 2 1/16 apart and it looks like the holes are set back 3/4 inches.

Have one of these that broke and need a replacement. Plastic preferred.

We are looking for the thin piece not the one with the latch on it. Picture 3137 shows the piece sitting up, the second picture 3136 is with the piece laying down flat.

Replace broken window say lock

Looking for a replacement part for a broken window swing lock.

I can't seem to see any identifying marks. Looking for balance, locks, and tilt locks. This is a double hung window each being 24" in height

Need to replace window locks. Living in the Northwest, they break easily. Hopefully you can help find correct part for replacement. Thank you.

I have 6 windows that require repairs. The glass (less the 2" pvc), is 28" high and weighs 36 lbs. I am looking for 12 of each - 12 balance springs (existing is 26 9 BSI and metal to metal is 27") - 12shoe assemblies (1-1/4") - 12 window latches c/w white screws (screw holes are 2-1/16" X 11/16") ...
