My customer has MW windows and several need repairs. What replaces this balance system now?

Hi, I don't know who makes my windows and I'm trying to find replacement locks for it. They're starting to break on me.

On the white part it says W1 45505 and on the lock part (gray) 32949 W4.

I can't identify the window manufacturer. This part came with the original window that was installed in 2002

Holes on window are already drilled. I need replacements for plastic locks that have broken. 1. Distance between holes = 2 1/16 (2.0625) 2. Distance between hole and side that locks is 3/4 inch (.75 inch) 3. Width on long side (side with sweep lock) is 2 9/16 inch (2.56 inch) 4. Width on narrow side ... (cont.)

I'm looking for a white metal window sash lock similar to acorn lock and keeper code 90-274. But my exterior is rectangular without rounded corners and is about 1 inch by 2 3/4 inches It's about 25 years old

I have Schuco windows installed in approximately 2005. Schuco is a German maker of windows that abandoned the US market after the 2008 housing crisis. The holes are spaced exactly 2 inches apart.

Greetings, I need to identify the parts attached for a Silver Line vinyl tilt window. Both tilt latches (left & right) plus the lock mechanism. The tilt latch is 2 3/8" long and 11/16" wide, similar to your 26-266 but without the "T" shape. The lock is 2 3/4" long and 1 1/8" wide, plus the stationar ... (cont.)

I have MW vinyl windows ca. 1998. Some of the little rotating cams have disintegrated so the tilt no longer works. Pictures attached. Can you recommend a fix? Let me know what measurements you need for a retrofit if that is the option. Thank you.

American craftsman window Hole spacing 1-1/16

Is there a replacement available for this sash lock? The only markings on this lock are "680" and "2" as shown in the picture. Also shown is a triangle with a circle in the middle.

Hi! Do you sell these small plastic sash clasps? The ones I have tried are too wide on the little part that fits against the window. As you can see from the photo, this little part can only be 1/4 inches wide. Otherwise I can't open the window. Thanks for your advice!

In photo 5250 shows how the top of the window has dropped slightly and it has a small gap in the left top corner. Which allows air and pest to enter my home.
