Silver line windows installed by builder. Broken lock and release latch.

Looking for a replacement lock. My measurements per your photo description are: 2-1/16" wide, center screw to center screw 11/16" screw to edge of main window lock. Do,you have this replacement?

Looking for replacements window latch. Side to side is about 2.75 in., though angles out. Center to center of holes is 2 and 1/16th. Front of latch to back is 1 and 11/16th. Holes are 3/4 in from front and located closer to back. Color is beige. Hope to find exact replacement or close. ... (cont.)

On the white part it says W1 45505 and on the lock part (gray) 32949 W4.
