The house is old and I see no markings on the latches. Can you help?

Milgard window 1995? Need replacement

The keeper I originally purchased from you sticks up too much. This is the one that I took off.do you have something like this? Do you think the new lock would work with the old keeper?

Hey there have to replace the recessed keepers on this garage window. Looks like the closest match is the longer recessed keeper but afraid it won?t fit into the rough opening. Meant to hold a tape up to it to get length of opening and existing lock. Please confirm 90-282 is the right one. If not pl ... (cont.)

We received the lock for the window (90-278) but it is the wrong size for our window. I like to attach two pictures of the part of the lock that sits on staionary side of the window to show you the size and the shape of the lock. I like to return the lock you sent and get one like the picture show ... (cont.)

I need window Sash locks, as per the photograph attached. I am unable to find the window manufacturer. Could you please help me out? Current window lock sample mailed today (7/14/2018)

Need help with this replacement

I've had a difficult time getting the correct replacement part. Pella is the brand on the lock. Hole spacing is 2-1/8" The Keeper is recessed and at the thinnest part 1/8" it's thickest part 6/32" It feels metal not plastic.

I need to find a latch that replaces the one shown in the pictures. It's from a Viking vinyl window. Please see photos of Broken latch & one that is not broken. Can you please recommend a replacement? Thank you so much!

I, too, am looking to replace a sash lock piece numbered 9703, but my measurement is 3inches 3/16 by 9/16. Can anyone help??

Hole to hole on lock is 2-1/16 inch. Can?t find these anywhere. Any suggestions? Bill

I am looking for replacement locks for my windows. The numbers I can make out are- sne iccc cba wi, nfrc 084, Y01001x1703m this number was difficult to see and may not be correct.
