I found a generic at Home depot but the piece that does not contain the lock lever was too thick.

Hi, This lock has a keep that meets the lock at 90 degree position. It has 2 1/16 hole center. I cannot find any that may work to replace this lock.

Lock strike screw holes 2-1/4" apart center to center. The screw holes on the slider window is 2" center to center. Hope this help find one!

The latch is broken I have attached a picture of the broken one and a picture of a working one. Any help would be appreciated, I have not been able to source this locally.

Hi I am looking for the keeper that attaches to this lock. I attached a few photos. On the underside of the lock it says A-S PA 9765. The keepers 2x3/4x3/8 approximate. Some of the pella products looks similar but I could not find one with 2" width. Thanks, Patrick

Hi, I have 5 crestline sliding windows that were manufactured in 1996. I am looking for replacment keepers. The part number stamped on the back of the keepers is 9906 and one of the serial numbers off one of the windows is y20496Z27C3M. the approx depth of the keeper is 5/16 and the width is 3/8 ... I am looking for a Metal version of this window lock keeper. I do not know the window manufacturer unfortunately. The part is about 3 inches wide and is bolted on the face of the sash as shown. The original keeper is plastic and I am looking to find a metallic version.

I measured distance between the drill hole as 2 1/8"

the only number on the latch is the one visible by the picture. 30615. This is for a vinyl type single hung encasement window.
