I cannot find a brand on these windows anywhere. This house was built in 2000

Placed an order with in the past for a Polybeau window pegs under the name of Masuko Mack approximate length of 2 1/2 inches that fits on the bottom of the window that assis in the up & movement. The lower sash of our single-hung window was fallen forward, and the glass was broken. The side stopper? parts are seemed to lost the edges. A balance broke on a bathroom window, we had all polybau windows installed 10 yrs ago this is our first problem & polybau is out of business. I have identified a pivot shoe 15-213 on your site as the part I need, also I need the pivot bar to matchup, I do not see the 90degree pivot bar in your pictures.Do you have a 90 degree bar to match up to the 15-213, I might could use a straight bar and not attach the original way. Possibly a Jeld wen window. They are very common here. It has a patent number: 5.697.188. Thanks,
