I think pivot shoe is 15-213 but not 100 percent. Spring 24" and OD of 7/16" thanks for your help

Hello, are you able to help identify correct pivot shoes for these windows? They appear to only have a 1/4" diameter which seems thinner than what is available on your website.

The balance is just a plain spring. Not a coil spring, not a spring inside a channel, not a spiral spring, just a plain spring. The spring is hidden under a plastic glazing strip.

I'm looking for this vinyl window spring balance shoe. Any thoughts?

I am looking for replacement parts for a 20+ year old Care Free window for my parents house. Both pivot locking shoes are broken and the spring balances have gone missing. The window is 30" tall and 38.5" wide. Pics are included. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

need metal'nail'and pivot shoe that holds the spring in place on the side of the window. The pivot shoe also allows the window to pivot into the room.

Need 2 ea spring & pivot balance shoe assemblies. Measured 25 " from upper screw to top of shoe. Will also order pivot bars.Thanks in advance.Chuck

I bought the Swisco 15-220 pivot shoe, but it didn't hold in my window. when I turned the cam to the lock position it just dropped right to the bottom what part do you recommend for this shoe?

Hi! What a great site and videos. Our windows won't stay open, and if I turn the shoe pivot it does not lock into place. Not sure if there are adjustments that need to be done or if these need to be replaced. If the later, with what and which parts? Thx so much! Scott

Hello, The pivot shoe dimensions are difficult to obtain because I cannot get it out of the channel. That said it is roughly 1" X 2". If I can find a replacement I intend to cut out the channel lip in order to remove the pivot shoe. Do you have these pivot shoes? Warm regards, Russ ... (cont.)

I'm trying to locate this part? The width is 1" essentially, with the other dimensions from the pictures. Part number 15-218 looks like it, but I'm not too sure since I couldn't get a width on it. Thanks!

Do you have these tilt hardware pieces w/friction screw as shown in the jamb Liner?

Customer has a Care Free Double Hung Window. Looking for tilt pins that go into cam block.

Vinyl double hung window. Top sash is stationary, only bottom sash tilts. The pivot bar has 3 holes but only the single hole on the end is used and is threaded. My pivot shoe is 15-213
