Can you identify these 2 mortise boxes that need to be replaced

I am with the City of Rayne Louisiana and we are trying to either repair or replace the Sargent & CO Easy Spring Lock. As you can see one side is broken and I do not believe it functions. Could you repair it or direct me to someone who could? Do you offer any parts?

Looking for replacement piece or full lock number inside lock is 5164

I am looking for a standard mortise lock that does include the deadbolt option.

See attached photo. Need "Y" shaped part adjacent to lock. I think the threads are stripped so it does not move in and out when the screw is turned.

Only mark I see is the number 031 stamped on the inside of the metal. All the springs are broken inside due to age. There are a total of 10 doors in this old farmhouse.

Is this item easily reversible? I bought one at home depot that I cannot open to reverse...the Phillips head screw is in there so tight I can not budge it! Tried several applications of WD40 to no avail! Please let me know!Thanks!John

What are the dimensions, particularly the backset, the body depth, thickness, and length for the body? Also, the screw hole locations of the latch face.
