The lock is faulty and it keeps getting stuck is it in stock how can I order it ?

Mortise lock mechanism for Pella storm door. Can reuse brass parts. Pella part labeled 03130911036

The latch doesn’t release when the handle is pushed down and you release to let the handle go.

Please identify this pella lock Warrenty registration # 90563 331 110421 At least 15 years old (I used to work for pella )

Need missing part. I order the hardware for the handle awhile back. Now I need the missing part to properly close and lock door on the opposite side.

Part number on the defective part is 13270811036

The number on the old part is 51170809117. Other number 08 12 18

I have a Pella Storm door on which I just replaced the "Storm Door Multi-point Mortise Lock" (Item # 40-191, Cranberry, photo attached). I think I am missing the Latch plate that mounts to the door frame (photo attached), opposite the Mortise Lock. Where can I get one?

I was just wondering which locking mechanism this is so I could order a replacement, the knob for the deadbolt spins but it does not seem to be connected as the door will not lock. The latch for the handle works fine, we just want to be able to lock it. Thank.you for your help.

Cannot remove the lock from a Pella door, handles came out but lock wont slide out . Thanks
