40-191 Storm Door Multi-point Mortise Lock, Pella

Hi, I have a Pella storm door. Model number unknown. The mortise latch has failed. I have attached pics. The only markings on the lock are 06 06 14. Do you sell a replacement?

I recently noticed that I am not able to lock the door and since your company provides this lock I wanted to make sure if it would fit with the door I have. I have removed all local screws. Are the screws at the top and bottom of the door to be removed as well
