40-191 Storm Door Multi-point Mortise Lock, Pella

Does this mortise lock have the dead bolt as the photo does not show it. My lock is a multi-point.

I have been unable to find any place that can help me replace it. It seems that Pella just wants to sell me a new door, which works perfectly fine and looks great. Any help work be greatly appreciated. The model number on the door is 12505 90513 7622 I am attaching pictures

Need to replace the interior mechanism of the door handle as in image 1&2. The number stamped on the faulty mechanism is 05 07 21. Here are the other numbers found on the storm door itself. 021306 90561 1043 Is this part still available?

I just received a Pella multi-point mortise lock. But now my client needs the strike plate. I see you have one strike plate that comes close, but the holes don't match up with the two dead posts and the latch for my mortise. What should I do to keep my client's door closed?

Good Morning, Our Pella lock will not open. We have taken it apart and tried to open it and it will not open. It started sticking and was difficult to open several days before it completely failed. I am looking for the locking assembly for a Pella storm door

I have a door that is off white ....maybe Almond. I have a White front door but I think it may be Off white I attached 2 pictures. One for the side view and one next to a white sheet of paper. The model number on the door is 90563.331100915if that help.

I purchased a replacement lock from you. When I installed it the locking latch would not fully retract when I turned the lever. Therefore once the door is closed it would not be possible to open it since the locking piece will not free itself from the door frame mortice. I did contact customer ... (cont.)

The handle on my door is not springing back so the door doesn't close without being locked. The only identifying number on the door is the picture I have submitted. I am assuming it is the spindle and spring that need to be replaced but, am not 100% certain.
