I am looking for a mortise lock that matches this that will fit into a Pella door. The handle is fine but the mortise isn't working.

I can't seem to find anything like this on your website. Removed this from a customer's front patio entry door, the hub for the unit appears to be deteriorated and will not retract the latch bolt all the way into the housing, preventing the opening of the door from either side. My Pella screen door handle lock is broken and I'd like to replace the whole handle set. This door # is 010807 90505 2950 It's an older door but still good.

The bronze part will not go in properly unless the bolts are in retracted position. How do I retract the bolts? I've put the screw in to test, but the issue remains. sorry I don't have part took it out and it was thrown away by accident. Don't know if you can sell just the part or buy the whole lock. The finger on the shaft broke that flips the dead bolt.

This is a 12 year old Pella storm door. When trying to unlock with the key the cylinder spins and spins before unlocking the door. WHat do I need to repair this?

Door swings to the left from the inside of the house. The lock mechanism broke.

So I have never locked my storm door in all these years and when I decided to start I stuck the key in the lock on the outside handle and the key pulled out the lock from the handle about 1/2". It won't go back in and I can't lock from the outside. But the mechanism can be locked from the inside. ... (cont.)
