Pella storm door. Registration number for door is 010802905081365. I believe the parts needed are these: 40?191, 40-191S . I just need verification. So I have never locked my storm door in all these years and when I decided to start I stuck the key in the lock on the outside handle and the key pulled out the lock from the handle about 1/2". It won't go back in and I can't lock from the outside. But the mechanism can be locked from the inside. ... (cont.)

Latch for a pella storm door

The handles are fine but the lock keeps clicking and the door won't open. It took 10 minutes to open the door

Number on part is 27040811036. Warranty Reg. # on door frame is 905 66 322 081120. Measurements seem to match online picture measurements for Swisco 40-191. Color is likely Cranberry. Can you confirm this is correct?

I need a new mechanism and door handles brushed nickel or pewter is what I had. Do you have these?

Would like to know which parts are needed to completely replace these lock mechanisms. Can't tell what finish they are from the pictures. If some silver color is available that would be preferable. Thank you.

I have a Pella Storm door that will not open. The handle turns OK and the lock works but the door will not open.
