Hello, I need to replace a right and a left Truth Entry Guard operator. I'd also like to replace the cranks and covers with folding cranks and covers if that is possible.

I need to replace the crank from a Marvin window. The identifying numbers/letters on the window are 01 IGCC CBA IGMAC made in 1991 A couple of the teeth on the gear in the crank have broken off

The crank mechanism is stripped and will no longer open and close the window. Tell me what part it is and I will order it.

Do you have this? It looks a little different from what I see on your website.

my operator looks like your EntryGard Dual Arm Operator 39-031. The numbers stamped on mine differ from that I saw in the video (https://www.swisco.com/videos/view35) which showed an actual window installation near the end (0:43). I am in need of some missing parts from a window that has been purchased. This window has no hardware at all. Enclosed are the pictures of some hardware from another window that has all of the parts. The current window handles and covers are made by Truth. There are no screws in either the handles or the covers--they snap off. The covers show the numbers 45190 on the inside.
