When I moved into my place years ago, the was a safety latch/limiter on window hinge. We wanted more airflow so I removed the limiter. I can't seem to find it any where. I think there was one on the top and one on the bottom. They are in an aluminum frame I think the windows are fiber glass. ... (cont.)

I am interested in finding a window adjuster for tilting windows. They have effective locks but there is no way to control the opening. Do you know of anything that might work in this situation?
