do these come left/right hand

One of my maintenance tech told me it came off a window. Looks like a side lock but not sure

I have the Acorn IGCC-362CBA-A-C window and was trying to find the tilt latch. Another customer had the IGCC-362CBA-B-K Acorn window and the 26-171 latch was recommended. The dimensions are the same except it appears to be 1/4" too long (1 1/2" vs 1 1/4"). Was wondering if you had a recommendatio ... (cont.)

The part on the upper left hand corner of my window which holds window in the track broke. Can I order this part from you. Also while we are at it the seal between glass panes broke and allowed moisture to get in between the glass pains. what is the cost of replacement and can I do the job myself ... (cont.)

Hello- I am needing to fix a spiral window balance on older double hung tilt windows on a condo I have purchased. The condo was built around 1979, and association has no clue of window manufacturer! I am looking for Window parts, I have about 20 window, some will need latches, pins on the bottom of the windows, tension springs and attachment bracket, I will also need the tools to set the tension on the spring.

I hope you are able to help. Attached are 2 pics that show the lever on an internal latch for an Acorn window. The latch on the left side is broken and not extending out to lock to the frame. I just moved into this condo and I have Acorn windows and screens. I have to replace 4 tilt window latches (2R/2L) and I have to replace 8 swivel locks for the screens. On the window frame is IGCC-362CBA-B-K Can you supply the needed parts? Thank you
