Milgard Style Line Single Hung window (36 wide x 60 tall) tilt-in lower sash. Balancer mechanism is twisted in frame and can't remove lower sash. Suspect balancer is damaged/twisted. Not sure what part(s) to replace and how to get window sash out

These are several photographs of the strips, that sears calls "panel retainer strips" with a part no. of 14176.. which are no longer made. The only purpose of these strips is to hold the storm window in place. it is 63" long. i need 2 strips if you can find something comparable for me. ... (cont.)

Needed for securing aluminum frames for screening to porch enclosure. Bought some years ago at local hardware store and put them at the top and bottom of the frames, but need to acquire some more to put on the sides and cannot find them.
