Crank is striped out and lock needs replaced

I can't find the Manufacturer's name of this window. The first set of pictures is of the lock and the second set is of the cranking mechanism. I would need multiple parts of each. Thanks!

The part I need is the photo on the far right titled "window hdwe. 1" I realize I will probably need to purchase the entire latch to get it. The other two photos show the part installed and the whole latch. The casement windows were probably installed when the house was built in the mid 1970's. Than ... (cont.)

Hi, What is the width of this keeper? I only have about 7/16". (I will try to add a couple pics). The sash frame is about 1-1/16. I would like to move the keeper out about 1/8", but I suppose I would have to remove 1/8 from the jamb stop for the 38-144 sash lock to line up. Also, is the 38-144 mad ... (cont.)

Looking for a pella stike place for pella casement window in white

i need to replace my pella casement lock handle L as well as the casement strike. is strike #38-284 the correct fit? mine are in brass, the ones you have pictured are in silver metal. not sure what to order! thanks!
