Tie Bar Guide

I need to replace the white plastic part shown in the 2 pictures. Some have broken. I don't know what it is called and can't seem to ID it from from pics on your website. Appreciate your help. Tom

The casement operational parts no longer support the closure of the windows- the plastic brackets are broken. We need sufficient to repair both left and right windows. Order information on the windows are attached above.

My ducanna windows were installed in 2003, this plastic piece has cracked and is brittle, the slider bar drops out of my window, I need 6 total, no idea what this part is called...Pamela
