S385-12 12" Series 385 Channel Balance

I believe the options selections needed to complete the order are weight related but not sure. I have attached a picture of the balance just in case. The weight of the window it is picking up is 10.6 lbs.

I have a channel balance that seems to be Series 385 but it is stamped with 1010X for a bathroom window and I do not see an 11" option anywhere. Can I get one like this?
