I'm trying to order the correct replacement part for my window. Please let me know which ones I need. Thank you.

I have Mercer vinyl windows with broken lifts I need replacement channels for 1 pair 24" window weight is aprox 19 lbs 1 pair 12" window weight is aprox 11 lbs 1 pair 15" not sure of the window weight just yet

I provided pictures of the bottom corners of the window, measurements of anything on the window or the casing that I could think of, but alas, there is no balance to compare to for replacement. What is your recommendation for my next step?

I am looking for this part. I don't have one on the other side on my Kinro window. I know that the channel balance needs this part in order for my window to work. Can you help? I Donny want to replace the whole window if I don't have to. Thanks Dawn

I think these are from a clearview brand window. The shoe is 1-1/8 wide, the top is1-1/4" tall, similar to your s380 style, How do you measure length?. Overall length or the metal Chanel itself?

I'm trying to locate 2 of these sash balances. I've included a photo of what the entire item looks like and the code printed on the side.

I had the cord in a window channel balance break and need to replace both units. I can't find what I need on the websight. The channel is 12". Series 385 looks almost like it but they want an option number and I don't have any stamped on the channel. The dimensions are the same as series 385. One ... (cont.)

I do not have the original channel balance. Need help identifying the correct balance. I need left and right. I beleive the window is a Milgard because of the MM on the lock Thanks

I recently ordered four 12" series 385 channel balances and chose option 1110. The balances fit, but the window hangs low. Did I choose the wrong strength? Can you recommend the correct strength? It's a wide window -- somewhere in the range of 80 - 90" wide, and perhaps 24" tall. ... (cont.)
