70-165 Pella Screen Latch Case Assembly

The roman bronze screen for a Pella window 3042CC has a small control knob on the lower right hand corner of the screen that turns to controls the integral shades opened or closed in between the exterior and interior glass. Im looking to replace that control knob. See attached pic ... (cont.)

You have 2 simliar parts on your website, not sure if I need 70-150S or 70-165. I uploaded pictures (front & back). The part attaches to the screen & then hooks into a part on window that opens/shuts the internal blinds. Thanks so muchRhonda

This just spins or binds up and will no longer tilt the blinds . Is this part available? I can get to it by removing the inside glass. Can you help me? I would want 4 of them.

The lever that raises and lowers the blinds inside the glass is inoperative. Falls out of track and breaks
