I am trying to locate this operator. I cannot find any markings on the window itself that would help.

The frame side is a up-down sliding rod.

I need the window bracket and clips for 3 Weathershield awning windows. The scissor type push rods are intact, but need the L-shaped bracket that attaches to the window frame with the rotating hinge posts on the bottom and the clips.Also need one casement window crank arm with the hand crank and el ... one of the black tabs broke off from the crank out

The handle is stripped out on this unit and I need to replace it. The inside of handle is stamped "OP05-1509

I have not been able to locate the window mfg. however attached are pictures of the 2 types of operators I need.The sissor typpe I need approx. 5 and only 1 of the single arm type. Let me know if it is something you could locate / supply.Thanks Chuck

i going to order 39-393 operator. don't know which one to get. hte crank handle is good but it won't close or open all the way i get a clicking sound felis

Yes I am a handyman looking to replace what I believe to be the operator o. This casement style window above the shower in a bathroom. The window itself is about 30"wide by 18"tall. Window is not opening or closing properly as the black piece in the picture labeled "ROTO" has detached from the botto ... (cont.)

The window crank operator works fine but the black plastic bracket has edges that broke off. The Orange County, CA company who made these windows went out of business so I cannot find any numbers or markings that identify the hardware. Can you advise?

I need the black part that fits into the metal guide and the black part has two round parts on it that the arms fit onto. Looking for a new black piece. It broke.

I have three Ducana awning windows that I need new crank handles (5/16" hex drive) and the bracket that attaches to the window casing with two pins on it for the operator arms to fasten to.

Thanks for your help. The part that's missing is circled in red. It connects the arms that push and pull the window when turning the crank to the actual window. I have several 400 Series Silverline windows (crank) where the middle black piece that attaches the arms to the window are broken. It makes opening and closing the window difficult. The crank arms fall off the track. What is this black middle piece called?
