Im looking for the attachment point for the awning window pictured. This window was either from Menards or Lowe's. Their is no labels or marks on the window.

The only parts in your inventory that I can find that might be similar are #39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning. However, ours are a slightly differnt size and have a clip on the ends that your part does not have. Thoughts? We order lots of parts through you, but this is not one I've ordered in the past. ... Hello. I am looking for help in replacing an Andersen awning window operator that was likely installed in the 1980s. Can't identify this brand, will need to replace that black piece what I believe to be a pivot slide. Do you have any that will work here? A suggestion to replace the entire assembly would be a good alternative but it would be a lot less work to replace the pivot slide.

The operator arms broke at the ends so they no longer will attach to the window, would like a replacement. Thanks.

Windows clip and lock

Our awning bracket broke, and we need a replacement. I figured it was the 39-424, but upon receiving the part, it was very clearly not the part. I've attached pictures of the replacement part needed, by itself (it has the broken black plastic piece) and with the 39-424 in the ziploc bag. ... (cont.)

I believe I'm looking for two parts - 1) the window crank handle keeps falling off and 2) and the black rectangular bit has broken bits that have fallen off and as a result won't stay connected to my window. Seems like the model for this awning operator is 39-393? I do need to remove them and get the measurement to be sure. Which handle will go with this? Also, do I need to replace the bracket? How do I know if the bracket needed to be replaced? Appreciate the help.

At the bottom of the window where the operator arms come together there is a small black plastic piece that slides on. It's a two hole for both operator arms. What is this called and do you have any in stock ???
