Hi, I need three stud brackets for a double arm crank operator. I think they are Pella windows but I'm not sure. I can't find any names or numbers. I also need 5 of the sliding clips for connecting to the arms.Thanks, and let me know if you need other information......Lee

Dismantle broken part as photo shown. The window cannot be winded open and close. The hinge part number is OP05 1007. Could I get the replacement parts from your company. Do I have to buy the hinge attachment bracket? Please advise parts to be bought to get this window repaired?

Hello, thanks for your help in identifying the replacement parts for this window. Everything is in workin order except the clips that attach the operator arms to the sash bracket. It is a small window measuring 38.25 x 14.25 on the inside from Jam to Jam. I really just need the "clips" that attac ... (cont.)

I ordered and received a replacement this part recently but unfortunately it did not include this black latch that's actually the part I need

Also seems that I would also need the clip holding the 2 bars together Vinyl window. please let me know if you require measurements will be glad the take pics with tape measure. Handle male snaps in unit. I may need two units depending on price. Thanks, Lou

Thanks for writing in. This looks it might be our 39-393 Awning Operator. If so, this can work with either the 39-340 Surface Mount Awning Bracket, or the 39-424 Face Mount Awning Bracket. Take a look and both and see if you think which would be best for your window.

I have not been able to find any replacement parts for my windows.The only markings Ive found are in the crank handle. OPO6-1520. This a casement window. The side hinge has the part HG04-2006. The part in the picture is showing the center hinge - two scissor hinges meet in this connector (which is broken - if unbroken you would see black plastic/rubber surrounding the piece where the 2 hinges meet.

This fitting holds the arm of an awning window to the window. I think the brand of the window was super seal. Is a replacement window Within the past 10 years

Measured the part at 1 3/8" inch by 3/8 inch. Hopefully the 4 attached photos will help.
