What replaces the PAT,3750337 top closet door bracket?

Help please, can't find this replacement part for my sliding closet door on a 2003 Fleetwood modular. Do you carry this?

I am about to order replacement wardrobe door hangers which your staff has kindly identified as #23-093. My question is the installation. I am trying to replace these upper guides (see photos) for my sliding mirror doors. The doors are on bottom rollers and these "y-shaped" forks are keeping the doors aligned by clicking around the upper track for the door.
