Need a replacement part for this 2 year old lock as it no longer funtions.

I need help finishing the whole setup for this lock. I don't have the latch part of the lock either.

Sticker on screen for this sliding glass door has the name Quanex building products. Lock has become extremely difficult, next to impossible, to release when door is closed. We have a truth hardware patio door handle that the interior door handle base plate broke. It have 3 inch and 15/16 between holes, plate is white 1 inch wide by aprox 10 inch long. Do you sell just the base plate

i am in search of a locking patio door set for a KI brand sliding door

Attached is a door lock for a customer. The lock mounting holes are 9 15/16". The 82-402 product looks nearly the same but is almost an inch too short.

Is there any way can i get complete replacement lock (handle cylinder and the lock) ?

Will the exterior side of this handle accept a keyed lock cylinder ??? I think it has a punch out hole for the cylinder ?? What is the correct keyed lock cylinder. I believe I know the correct one, but want to verify is 82-310 the correct one??
