Looking for this window pivot or a replacement for it

I don't know the make of the windows, the shoe glide measures 5/8" x 1 1/4" x 2"window has consecutive numbers one is GRD-M-137521-EI looked at your inventory and found nothing that looks like it will fit the window swivel arm......

Don't know brand of window. It is a vinyl tilt window.Don

Need to identify this shoe and find a replacement. This is from a replacement window that tilts.

Pivot shoe pictured = 5/8" x 2" x 1 1/4" Pivot bar pictured = approx 4" x 1" Will Pivot bar code 26-056 and Pivot shoe code 15-047 be replacements. My pivot bar is longer, but it seems the end matches and the one screw hole either will match the first hole on my window, or I can create another. M ... (cont.)

I have multiple tube balances to replace and there are also a few broken pivot bars and shoes. I found the tube balances on your site (series 600); however, I cannot find the bars or shoes. hi, I need to replace the pivot bar under the top sash. when i was taking it out i snapped off the pin. i believe its 4" in length and 1/4" in width is it part 26-218? thank you
