These windows were installed in 1999,2000 by a manufacturer in Burlington/Toronto area. The force balancers have broken/snapped as well as some of the brass (?) parts that are attached under the window and catch the force balancer that enable the window to open inwards on a hinge. i think i have 140 coil balances they are single coil they are not marked that i can see I measured the window sash will that help in getting the correct size coil

I purchased the S140-11. However, my pivot bars dont fit.My pivot bar is 26-226. But, I need the complete coil balance and shoe as I the old ones are shot.

I have an Alside Centurion window that will not stay up. When I pulled the lower sash out I discovered that there where no pins.
