Hi, I`ve received coil balances and they worked well. Thank you for that very much. While replacing coil balances I found out that I`m missing one of the pivot bar. Could you please help me to identify what type of pivot bar I need?

To whom it may concern, I need to replace the pivot shoe assembly on a tilt window bottom sash. I could not find any Mfg. identifiers on the window. I have attached 6 images. There are no names, numbers or markings on the old part. Unit measures 2 1/16" x 1 1/4" x 9/16" I would like to know which product I should order as a replacement? Thank You, Chris

Hard to measure in the window, please help if you can need 24 for windows to go up and down in the slide, maybe 9/16 thick also need 50 pins or pivot bars wb0350-3-040, maybe same as product code 26-226 also box of screws 33-055 to attach pins please call for payment info or credit card. ... Although there are no markings, stickers or stampings on these replacement windows we believe that they are app. 17 years old and possibly manufactured by Silverline. The clips are held to the bottom of the sash with two screws and then lock into the balance by tipping the sash. It locks into place ... (cont.)
