Are the screw holes on the 26-226 threaded?

On part #26-226, are the holes threaded already ? Mine are not, and there was a "sheet metal" screw installed.

Pivot bars snapping in half. What's the cause?

I keep snapping pivot bars on my windows. I bought four from you guys (26-226 which I am sure are the correct pieces). I am clearly doing something wrong on these and was hoping you could maybe give me some tips.

Pivot bar - upper sash

I'm looking for a pivot bar for an upper sash where one hole is located ~1 5/8" from the pivot. I recently replaced all the lower sash pivots and didn't release the upper sash required longer pivots.

Vinyl window hardware

Need 2 sets of all of the parts shown for Champion vinyl double hung. The sash is 18 inches high by 32 inches wide with insulated glass. Not sure how that equates to the coil pounds. Thank you. Don
